He spent 18 months at the Dojo in Inoue before joining the Dojo in Yoseikan with Minoru Mochizuki. He remained there several years, practising not only Karate but also, Aïki Jutsu, Aïkido and Katory Chinto-ryu. In 1974, Hiroji Fukazawa was sent to France by Minoru Mochizuki to help his son, Hiroo. He then moved to the north of Italy for two years where he established the Wado-ryu style. As well as teaching, he is also active in the French karate federation, holding several positions (Federal expert, Official of the examination committee...).
