Here is volume 3 of the series recently filmed in the famous KEIO dojo, Japan. The techniques are performed and explained by several direct students of Gichin FUNAKOSHI. Some have been training Karate for more than 60 years, including about 10 years studying with the founder of Shotokan Karate. This DVD focuses on the self-defence aspects of Karate and presents 30 Goshin-Jutsu techniques. Funakoshi's students, the Masters SUZUKI, KINICHI and Mamoru KASE have been training Karate for more than 60 years, including about 10 years studying with the founder of Shotokan Karate.
