Recommended for beginners with at least 1 year training practice. ORANGE: (medium strength) Recommended for intermediate level with at least 1-1/2 years training practice. GREEN: (medium strength) Recommended for advanced level with at least 2-1/2 years training practice. RED: (high strength) Recommended for advanced level with at least 3 years training practice.
